 Functionality : How well AI tools integrate into business processes. User-Friendliness: Ensuring that AI tools can be easily adopted by teams and individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.

 Ethical Considerations: Advocating for responsible AI use that aligns with human

• Addressing the liability and ethical challenges that arise from AI decision-making, ensuring that AI systems operate within clear legal boundaries.
• Facilitating discussions among legal professionals, technologists, and policymakers  to establish a shared understanding of how AI should be integrated into existing legal frameworks.

This book addresses the ethical, legal, and societal implications of granting AI legal recognition and outlines potential legal frameworks to guide this transformation.
