Leading Innovation and Transformation

I am currently engaged in a variety of projects that intersect law technology, and human transfamation .Each project is driven by my passion for exploring the potential of artificial intelligence, advancing legal frameworks, and helping individuals and helping individuals and businesses adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape.

As the Founder and Lead Consultant at I Review AI, my primary project involves evaluating and analyzing AI tools that can help businesses operate more efficiently, intelligently, and ethically. I Review AI offers expert insights into the most effective A technologies in the market, focusing on:

Functionality : How well AI tools integrate into business processes. User-Friendliness: Ensuring that AI tools can be easily adopted by teams and individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.

Ethical Considerations: Advocating for responsible AI use that aligns with human

values and ethical standards.

Through this project, I aim to empower businesses to leverage the potential of AI to achieve

greater productivity and sustainable growth, while maintaining a strong ethical foundation.

Nexter Law is my legal platform dedicated to shaping the future of AI and technology law.
As AI continues to evolve, so too must our legal systems. This project focuses on:

  • Developing legal frameworks for the emergence of virtual persons—AI entities that may one day possess rights and responsibilities.
  • Addressing the liability and ethical challenges that arise from AI decision-making, ensuring that AI systems operate within clear legal boundaries.
  • Facilitating discussions among legal professionals, technologists, and policymakers  to establish a shared understanding of how AI should be integrated into existing legal frameworks.

This project is a cornerstone of my vision for the future, where AI and human society coexist in a balanced, ethical, and legally sound way.

This book addresses the ethical, legal, and societal implications of granting AI legal recognition and outlines potential legal frameworks to guide this transformation.

Both publications are designed to inspire thought and debate, particularly among legal professionals, technologists, and academics.

AI Advocacy and Education

In addition to my professional projects, I am passionate about educating others on the power and impact of AI. I am currently working on several initiatives aimed at:
